Are you a trans, non-binary or gender non-confirming individual? Do you sometimes feel uncomfortable looking for clothes? Maybe you haven't managed to get any gender affirming clothes yet.

Isle of Wight Pride has worked with Mountbatten to create a special event: Try Or Buy. The Newport branch of the charity shop will open specifically for you on Friday 14th June from 5.30 - 8pm.

This event is designed for newly out or gender questioning folk as well as any who wish to shop in a more relaxed and supportive environment.

This will be a free entry event. There will be buckets if you wish to make a donation. Light refreshments will also be available. There will be representatives from IW Pride too so that you can meet them, have a chat or even get involved if you wish.
