If you are still attending the evening entertainment:
Your VIP tickets are still valid for the evening headliner entertainment in The Balcony on Saturday 19th July, please use the same ticket to gain entry, no further action is needed for this.

If you would like a refund:
Complete the form below to cancel your VIP ticket(s) and request a full refund. To access the headliner entertainment in the Balcony after your ticket is cancelled, a new full price ticket will be required.
